Due to winning new projects KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join a new project in Geelong Victoria. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will play a key role in coordinating and supervising the construction team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient project completion. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, and challenges. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on-site.Assist with implementation of systems, controls and training to ensure labour productivity is within budget. About You Demonstrated previous experience as a Site Superintendent preferably in the Construction / infrastructure industry.
