You'll enjoy a variety of office and accounting management functions including but not limited to:- Financial management, budgeting and EOFY reporting; Trust account management; Operations and risk management; Compliance with all regulations and ethical standards; General office and support staff management including the supervision of a small accounts team; Facilites and IT management; HR Management including payroll; Assisting with recruitment of new employees; Preparation of employee contracts; Manage the induction program for all new starters; Other Finance and HR related duties as directed. This busy, varied and responsible role, will suit your previous experience gained in the legal sector in a similar role.
