TRP (inclusive of Leave Loading + Super) commencing from $97,300 Regional Australia Bank is looking for an experienced leader to join our Contact Centre as Team Manager. This key role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer service.
Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused leader with experience, ideally within banking or financial services. You're skilled at inspiring teams, coaching for growth, and holding team members accountable to high performance standards, ensuring that every team member contributes to delivering outstanding service.
About the Role: Based in Armidale, you'll be part of a collaborative management team within our largest contact centre hub. You'll focus on team development, quality service delivery, and identifying ways to enhance the customer experience. Working alongside other managers, you'll contribute to a dynamic environment where innovation and service excellence are the priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, skill-building, and clear guidance to help them achieve their best. Operational Management: Support daily contact centre operations, collaborating with fellow managers to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with service standards. Customer-Focused Strategy: Foster a customer-first approach, identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the service experience across all hubs. Continuous Improvement: Work with the Senior Manager Contact Centre to implement initiatives that elevate team performance and support the broader goals of the Contact Centre. Why Armidale: Our largest contact centre hub, Armidale, offers a dynamic setting with talented teams and ample opportunities to make an impact. While Armidale is the preferred location, we're open to discussing alternate locations within our network for the right candidate.
