Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Northern Mental Health – Elizabeth EastSalary: RN3 - $121,537 - $126,970 p.a.Temporary Full-Time, up to 29 August 2025 About the Role:The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an exceptional Team Manager to join our Adult Community Mental Health team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals navigating mental health challenges.As the Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the Wondakka community.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical governance standards.To excel in this role, you will need exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a deep understanding of mental health services and a genuine passion for improving the well-being of individuals and communities.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, external service providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care.To be eligible for this position at RN3 classification, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, and enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a qualification in mental health practice.To be eligible for this position at AHP4 classification, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically: Must hold an appropriate degree (Clinical Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA and general registration with the PsyBA and be endorsed in Clinical Psychology area of practice.
Must hold approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision (primary and secondary) orAppropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia orAppropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
