ABOUT YOU Enjoy a challengeDedicated, practical, pragmatic, and have an interest in the waste management / environmental services industryHave completed further education - TAFE, Trade or have equivalent practical experience in transport/logisticsMust be willing to gain a HR truck license and be prepared get your hands dirty to perform a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your trainingBe flexible with working hoursInterested in leading a team and managing people to achieve business goalsWillingness to be posted to a variety of sites to gain experience in a number of different roles during your training periodAble to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medicalAble to provide up to date QLD Roads Driving Records at interview stageABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Trainee (Leadership Development Program), you will have the drive to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in our operation.
