Description Marsupial Landscape Management are seeking a Team Leader / Qualified Greenkeeper for our high-performing and friendly team located in the Brisbane region .

Professional yet down-to-earth culture Support with the development and maintenance of beautiful landscapes in your local area Responsibilities include: Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons Client liaison and relationship building Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budgets Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including: Mowing Chemical application Mulching Pest and disease identification Hedging and weeding Machinery operation, care, and maintenance About you: Minimum Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (Desirable) Experience in, and an understanding of, annual turf renovation practices and requirements (Desirable) Competency in reel-mower maintenance and operation including height adjustments, reel to bedknife adjusting and backlapping Chemcert accredited Valid white card Customer service focus is essential Prior experience leading a highly engaged team We are looking to expand our team and would love to hear from YOU, apply now.
