Team Leader – Regional Australia Bank Full time, permanent position Branch based position, Port Macquarie TRP (inclusive of leave loading + super) commences from $89,900 Regional Australia Bank is looking for a motivated Branch Team Leader to join our Port Macquarie team, supporting branches across the Mid North Coast, including Wauchope, Kempsey, and Coffs Harbour. This role is perfect for someone comfortable guiding others, addressing challenges, and striving for excellence in customer service.
Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a service-focused, approachable leader who's ready to model outstanding customer service, guide the team to meet sales targets, and uphold high branch standards. With the support of your Regional Manager, you'll have the autonomy to manage daily operations, coach team members, and encourage their growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead by Example: Model excellent service and help the team achieve branch goals and high customer satisfaction. Support Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch activities, addressing challenges proactively across all assigned branches. Drive Accountability: Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for delivering results. Foster a Customer-First Culture: Promote service excellence across all branches you support.
