About the role In this role, you will manage and lead field staff while collaborating closely with Zinfra Services on resource allocation and management for small to medium construction projects. You'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing operational efficiencies, ensuring that customer service, quality, and safety standards are met on time and within budget.
Additionally, you will provide supervisory support to both internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring that all personnel are trained, adequately resourced, and working in compliance with Zinfra's policies and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, successfully managing work groups of up to 20 individuals while ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with senior managementProven ability to undertake maintenance of High Voltage electrical apparatus and construction activities in stationsComprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of HV Electrical construction and maintenance practiceProactive in identifying the critical resources necessary to achieve desired objectivesCapacity to act decisively to ensure network security and public safetyDisplay a positive customer and team focus, work effectively, and participate in identifying workplace change or productivity improvementsCurrent active Australian driver's licenseWe are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
