About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Team Leader- Lived Experience Workforce. The successful applicant will have direct personal lived or living experience of mental illness or psychological distress, a lived experience of recovery and service use, as well as knowledge and understanding of mental illness from either a Consumer or Family, Carer or Support Person perspective. You will demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of peer work, recovery-oriented practice and demonstrate with a transformation mindset. You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and be able to work with multiple clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

What you bring The Team Leader - Lived Experience ensures that the voices of lived and living experience are central to our strategy, governance, operations, workforce, business development, recruitment, quality, and evaluation. This position is a key member of the leadership team and will work closely with the Lived and Living Experience workforce, as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate this pivotal area of our workforce.
