Perfect Landscapes operates on a large variety of sites maintaining residential estates, schools, sporting ovals, shopping centres, council grounds, and commercial properties.Qualifications & experienceWhite CardPrevious lawn and garden maintenance experience preferredWork well in a teamTraffic Management accreditation (an advantage)WA Police clearanceWA Health Spray licence (an advantage)Tasks & responsibilitiesAll aspects of lawn and garden maintenance including but not limited to mowing (ride on and push), edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilising.New landscape installation and maintenance including planting, mulching, levelling, laying lawn, installing edging and paths.Reticulation installation, servicing and repairsLook after and respect equipmentWorking 36-45 hours per week Monday to FridayTeam Leader additional responsibilitiesEnsure that allocated jobs are completed to a high standardEnsure that any safety signage and equipment is setup correctlyLead and organise a crew of between 2-6 peopleEnsure that all required equipment is taken to, and brought back from, each jobMaintain equipment in good condition and report any required maintenance or repairs
