THE ROLE Are you:Excited to lead projects and support others in the delivery of high-profile strategic housing and homelessness programs and projects?A qualified and experienced communications professional with a proven track record delivering integrated strategic communications and engagement plans and projects involving multiple stakeholders?A strategic thinker and creative problem solver with a proven ability to analyze and address risks and issues in a timely and effective manner?This role ensures appropriate planning, resourcing, and delivery of communications and engagement activities to ensure our communities and stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and appropriate advice about Homes Victoria's housing programs and projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Support the Manager - Strategic Communications and team to plan, deliver and evaluate priority housing and homelessness strategic communications and engagement projects and activities.Proactively identify reputation and strategic communication risks, issues, and opportunities and provide high-quality strategic advice, plans, and materials to Homes Victoria's executives, ministerial advisors, and other teams in a timely and effective way.Initiate, build, and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including program, policy, and delivery teams, engaging with them in a genuine, constructive, and timely manner to achieve desired objectives and outcomes.COVID-19 VACCINATION
