Find out more about our values, benefits, and employee experience by watching this video!About the Role:We are currently accepting applications for a permanent part-time (30 hours per week) position of Team Leader specific to working within First Nations program at our Townsville venue.This position will have a strong focus on managing the effective delivery of services for clients within Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities.Under a portfolio of programs, you will provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:Complex case managementDuty of careDiary managementPerformance managementProviding back-up operational support to Administration Officers/Family Information Officers in the resolution of issues pertaining to client service delivery and property.Experience in therapeutic intervention to individuals affected by DFV by employing contemporary theoretical and evidence-based clinical approaches that are culturally aligned.About You:To be considered for this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in driving excellence in service delivery and performance.Demonstrated experience in leadership and supporting teams through change.Experience in providing case management, consultation, and support to clinical practitioners.Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring, and review.Experience in client service delivery including complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery, and critical incident response.Extensive experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human services.Ability to work some evenings if required to meet operational requirements of the role.What We Can Offer You:The salary being offered is between $105,522.71 to $116,506.81 per annum pro rata for part-time, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
