About the role This Team Leader FIFO role based out of our Newman Branch on a 2:1 roster. Reporting to the Service Manager - Pilbara, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.
This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.
As a Team Leader, you will:
Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliabilityLead and mentor your team in their day to day activitiesProvide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirementsTrain and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including BaseplanEnsure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are availableLead safety culture & compliance for team / branchConduct equipment servicing and repairsSkills and experience Along with sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills, our ideal candidate will have:
