Team Leader - Field Operations (Northern)Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) provides quality water and wastewater services to 54 towns in North Central Victoria. Our core purpose is to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable water services to residential, commercial and industrial customers.Based in Shepparton the role of Team Leader – Field Operations will require you to lead and drive the operational performance of the operations works team at Goulburn Valley Water, ensuring service delivery objectives are met.You will set the standard for safety and develop a culture of service excellence, teamwork and open communication throughout the team.Relevant experience in leading an operational team and proven skills in works management, will ensure your success in the role.About your new role…You will lead, manage and direct the daily activities for the operations team.This is a dedicated team who work in a great outdoor location looking after the Corporation's water and sewer networks within the Field Operations Northern region.
