You will be responsible for: Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables Maintaining the financial health of the business Developing multi-level relationships with both internal and external customers Identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios Ensuring all functions deliver a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and customer satisfaction Delivering FCM's marketing and product strategies and ensuring they are best optimised within the area You will have: Extensive travel industry experience Previous leadership experience in a customer facing role Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals Superior presentation and negotiation skills The ability to encourage and support the development of team members A high degree of emotional intelligence Sound business acumen What's In It For You?
