Organisational Change Manager

Calling all Organisational Change Managers! ACT ONLY – BASELINE CLEARANCE REQUIRED An opportunity is available for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support the delivery of an ICT program. The role will focus on driving the adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts across a complex environment. The successful candidate will utilise their expertise in change management methodologies and strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a change management strategy aligned with the program's objectives.Conduct detailed change impact assessments and collaborate with business areas to mitigate risks.Lead communication efforts to engage stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.Design and oversee training programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.Essential Criteria:7+ years of experience in organisational change management within IT or digital transformation programs.Desirable Criteria:Experience within IT Security or Digital Transformation environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Contract Details:Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: 30 June 2025 (with possible extensions up to 2028)Location: ACTSecurity Clearance: Baseline requiredHow to ApplyDoes this role sound perfect for you?
