As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

What you'll be doing as the Captain in our team of airfare experts… Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations Coaching and developing team members.
