The Team Leader Data and Analytics is responsible for leading a team in delivering advanced data analytics, modelling, and visualisation services to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise to drive data-driven decision making across the organisation. The successful candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform the work of OPG teams.

Your key responsibilitiesManage and develop the data analytics team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the team's capabilities.Design, build, and maintain data warehouse and reporting tools to support the organisation's data and analytics strategy.Develop and deliver high-quality, accurate business data, reports, and trend analysis to inform decision making for various teams including guardianship, advocacy, legal, and community visit.Develop and optimise data integration processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses and other repositories.Develop and maintain BI frameworks and research new technologies to ensure consistent, timely, and authoritative information delivery.Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable insights and recommendations.Support and maintain the analytics/BI technical environment to meet the reporting and data analysis needs of the OPG.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
