Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and direct service delivery where needed. You'll be responsible for overseeing a casual workforce, managing client cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to families. You'll also support children through court-ordered contact visits, work with complex client needs, and guide your team through service delivery and compliance processes.
