This leadership position is pivotal in improving our people's experience and driving business process efficiencies across various systems, including our ERP and Billing System and other bespoke applications aimed at enhancing specific business functions.
What you'll do: Manage relationships with third-party support providers/vendors in both support and delivery of application services. Enhance business processes and efficiencies by leveraging expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. Work with stakeholders to identify business & technical requirements for projects. Ensure solutions and technology align with security standards and fit within the existing enterprise architecture. Execute on a range of business delivery requirements as specified in Hunter Water's Digital Strategy. Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, particularly in problem and change management. What you'll need to be successful: Bachelor degree in related discipline or equivalent experience 3+ years working in a Team Leader or equivalent role A sound understanding of how to create solutions tailored to business and technical drivers Demonstrated experience working in complex environments and troubleshooting issues Experience with Active Directory/Windows Server Administration Experience with GIS applications and their integration with other business systems. Established experience utilising the Microsoft Power Platform suite of products Experience with Enterprise ERP/CRMs; specifically, Velocity or Ellipse Experience with ServiceNow administration Experience with PowerShell scripting Experience with FTP solutions Experience with SnowFlake or similar data lake platforms Microsoft Windows Certification MSSQL DBA Certification ITIL Certification Experience with MSSQL Database administration Experience with Python scripting Knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Teams, SharePoint, Project Online/Server, Microsoft 365 and familiarity with the various management tools Knowledge of Administration with Linux operating systems.
