The role leads the Customer & Digital Services (CDS) administration function, ensuring professional administrative services and reporting are provided consistently across CDS. These roles provide timely and effective support and advice to the CDS leadership team and stakeholders that is aligned with legislative and regulatory requirements. The position requires excellent knowledge of the functions of CDS and Council, including the legislative and regulatory environment in which the section operates.About YouOur ideal candidate will have:Minimum tertiary qualifications of Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Administration) or equivalent and extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role, providing exceptional professional executive advice and support.Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with experience leading, developing and resourcing a team of professional employees.Experience providing high quality executive level written and verbal communications, displaying exceptional attention to detail, judgement, initiative and confidentiality.Administrative, financial, change management, improvement, innovation and analytical experience with knowledge of the legal and economic frameworks of local government.Experience in multi-faceted stakeholder management, including leading and responding constructively to operational and resourcing challenges.Experience leading high performing teams by identifying and delivering exceptional business improvement, administrative support and customer service.How to ApplyYour application can be submitted through the 'Apply' button.
