Be part of the wider Forest Monitoring Programs unit, assisting the development and delivery of major statewide monitoring programs to support DEECA's forest and fire management responsibilities.As the Team Lead – Regional Monitoring, you will manage staff responsible for designing, planning, and executing monitoring programs within Bushfire and Forest Services. This includes the Biodiversity and Threatened Species Survey program and a range of other monitoring programs as determined by BFS.In addition, you will lead and foster a high performing, constructive and delivery focused culture based on collaboration, accountability, and trust, monitor and manage performance to enable team members to perform at their best, and provide senior subject matter expertise and thought leadership.Specialist/Technical Expertise/QualificationsExperience in one or more aspects across monitoring, evaluation, business improvement, and project management.This is an ongoing position.
