We have 2 positions - 1 commencing immediately and 1 commencing in 2025.
Minimum Requirements: Previous administrative experience like Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level in a medium to large complex environmentDemonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)High level of confidentiality and discretionDemonstrate initiative and have a pro-active approachStrong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detailHighly developed time management skills, constant attention to detail, including ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and multitaskBanking and Finance industry experience is advantageousThis is a dynamic and varied role where you'll be part of the Finance Division and will report directly to the CFO Executive Assistant with a dotted line to support 3 separate Finance leaders and Departments. No two days will be the same as you seamlessly juggle multiple competing priorities, adapting your communication style for various audiences, and recognising that you are often privy to sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities: Streamline and enhance data management and organisational processesOptimize daily schedules through effective diary management, allowing for focused work periodsPrepare and coordinate information for team forums and events, ensuring a productive and engaging environmentLead the execution of the monthly CFO town hall, contributing to effective internal communicationCollaborate on the collation of pre-read papers for committees and boards, aiding informed decision-makingArrange and manage travel while coordinating associated activitiesFoster a positive and inclusive culture across the national team, promoting collaboration and engagementWe offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week based out of our Head offices.
