Day-to-day, you will: Manage day-to-day activities, including diary, email management and travel arrangements. Provide support to the General Managers, their teams providing administrative assistance and will be responsible for a range of administrative support functions across the P&C. Support teams in onboarding new staff, including technology and set up of systems as well as coordination of induction-related activities. Coordinate relevant meetings and events including logistics, setting agendas, taking actions as required. Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across different areas of the business unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support the maintenance and permissions of the P&C Sharepoint site and support P&C projects. Processing of expenses and invoices within required timeframes as per company policy. This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Demonstrated experience as a team coordinator supporting multiple Senior Managers/Leaders gained in a complex corporate/professional services environment. Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential information essential. Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels. Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time. Strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment. High level of maturity and professional presentation and the ability to pivot with changing priorities and apply a proactive mindset. Excellent report production and presentation production skills. Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite. If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application. With a career at Transurban, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: A range of flexible working and leave options, including the option to purchase an additional six weeks of leave each year. 16 weeks paid parental leave (regardless of gender or carer status), with no waiting period, with Superannuation paid during unpaid leave as well. Learning and development opportunities to support your career interests. Health and wellbeing support—access to Headspace and our EAP program, wellness facilities, and more. Share offers and insurance benefits. Social activities, community give-back programs and paid volunteer days. We offer a range of flexible working and leave options, so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests. Have a conversation with us about how this could work for you.
We embrace diversity with a foundation of safety, wellbeing and inclusion; where everyone belongs. We treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect, regardless of gender, gender identity, marital or family status, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, religious beliefs, cultural or socio-economic background, perspective, and experience – whether they work for us or not.
