Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have a unique and exciting full time opportunity for a highly passionate, proactive and motivated individual to join our Brighton Support Office team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist .

Who Are You? You are a highly motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry. This role requires a proven ability to work across all recruitment functions to provide holistic support to RPG Hiring Managers.
Top Talent is considered a fundamental of RPG's blueprint; as such, the acquisition, induction, development, retention, and progression of our team plays a pivotal role in RPG success. This role works cohesively within our HR Team & Hiring Managers to drive the strategic pillar of Top Talent within the business.
You will play a pivotal role in the business and help maintain the already energetic, friendly, and hard-working culture.
The successful candidate will have the following: Demonstrated experience across talent attraction/recruitment processes preferably within fast-paced environments. High level interpersonal and communications skills to enable strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated experience working with ATS platforms, proactive sourcing channels & recruitment marketing tools/strategies. A passion for delivering ULTIMATE candidate experiences. Demonstrated experience building a proactive sourcing approach to Talent, maintaining and evolving Talent Pools and pipelines with the ability to engage a diverse candidate pool. A desire to work across Top Talent projects and deliver on project timelines and solutions-focused feedback. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task/prioritise daily workload. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with RPG Hiring Managers on their recruitment needs and providing solutions to continue to attract and identify Top Talent. Delivering the HR strategies and initiatives that drive strong business results and organisational growth. Representing and being a true brand advocate for RPG and our Retail brand partners Nike, Samsung & Mattel. Analysis of recruitment/turnover trends and provision of timely reports. Provision of professional and courteous customer service to internal and external clients; building collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders. Support RPG and the People teams on DE&I and Employee Experience initiatives. Ensuring legal compliance and representation of RPG's relationship with external organisations such as employer groups, government authorities, industry associations, and other relevant bodies as required across AUS and NZ.
