We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Team Assistant to provide project and administrative support to our growing crew, operating under the wing of our Senior Team Administrator. The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, thrive on helping others, have strong admin skills, and be passionate about helping businesses navigate the complexities of commercial real estate.Responsibilities:As our new Team Assistant you'll be responsible for:Project Support: Helping consultants prepare proposals and market briefs, liaise with clients and landlords/agents, schedule inspections, prepare supporting documentation and research.Data & CRM Support: Helping to support the Data Analyst and Senior Team administrator in keeping our CRM data accurate and up to date.General Admin Support: Other ad hoc support including but not limited to supporting team leads, calendar management, event coordination, liaising with marketing, IT and finance teams and assisting with team onboarding.Qualifications & Desirable Qualities:1+ years experience in an administration, customer service or similar roleStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThe Benefits:Competitive base salary plus discretionary bonusFlexible working arrangements to support work-life balanceProfessional development opportunities including opportunities to complete a Cert IV in Real Estate Practice if desiredParental leave coverBe part of a high-performing team who supports each other, celebrates wins and has a little fun along the way.About Tenant CS:At Tenant CS, we believe that the commercial real estate industry is broken with the odds stacked heavily in favour of landlords.
