This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a team of investment bankers in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training and ongoing support, with the expectation of quickly becoming self-sufficient.Please note this role is only able to consider Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents, and will require the successful candidate to attend the Sydney CBD office 5 days a week.What you'll do:As a Team Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's investment banking team. Your ability to foster a cohesive work environment within the EA team will contribute significantly to the overall success of the division.Provide extensive administrative support to a team of fourteen investment bankersCoordinate client and internal meetings, calls, and Zoom meetings across multiple time zonesProcess expense reports for bankers within strict deadlinesMaintain team calendars including client meetings and contact informationCoordinate travel arrangements for the team, including domestic and international flights and accommodation bookingsProvide coverage for EA colleagues during breaks and holidaysActively foster a cohesive work environment within the EA teamWhat you bring:Ideally 3-5 years of administration experience in a corporate environmentExcellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skillsAbility to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasksHigh attention to detail along with the ability to multi-taskProfessional communication skills in person, on phone, via Zoom and by email at various levelsComfortable working with people at all organisational levels, internally and externallyProactive, punctual and reliable – together with flexible and positive attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all timesWhat sets this company apart:Our client is renowned globally as a leading player in the investment banking sector.
