The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, providing administrative support to our Development Team, based in Sydney working across both our Victoria Cross and One Circular Quay projects. As the Team Assistant your responsibilities may include:
Proactive diary coordination and email managementCoordination and preparation of correspondence, meeting minutes/agendas and presentationsLeasing suite and site walk coordinationAssisting to collate the monthly and quarterly reports and management committee meetingsDevelopment and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder relationshipsBook and manage domestic and international travel processing of invoices and expensesMaintenance of existing file systemsGeneral ad hoc tasks as required (purchasing stationery and supplies, photocopying, printing, scanning and binding)Coordination of conferences, events and culture initiatives and activities (lunch and learn, social events, townhall, team showcase, etc) About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 2-5 years' experience in a similar role. You will have a proactive approach to your work and stakeholder engagement. In addition to this, you will also have:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience and solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up new systemsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationshipsExperience in the construction industry or within Government is desirableWhy Lendlease?
