At Investa we're looking for a sharp, organised, and tech-savvy Team Assistant to join us on a fixed-term contract, from 16 December 2024 to 24 October 2025.
This role provides essential administrative support to senior leaders in our Investment Management, Finance and Capital Transactions teams, and requires someone with hands-on experience as a TA within large teams.

Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.Handle corporate card reconciliations and assist with document execution processes, ensuring deadlines are met.Provide varied administrative support to teams, including creating and formatting documents and presentations, booking meetings, and coordinating room setups.Organise team events, including venue bookings and logistics for investor functions.Collaborate with other Assistants, manage purchase orders and invoices, and oversee onboarding processes for new employees.What We Offer Growth Opportunities: Gain exposure to executive-level tasks and responsibilities, with the chance to shadow the Executive Assistant to the CIO & CFO.Professional Development: Build your skills and experience while working on a range of projects with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Networking: Attend team events, broaden your professional network, and deepen your understanding of Investa's business objectives.Collaborative Culture: Work closely with other Assistants, contributing to a positive, team-driven environment while enhancing your problem-solving skills.What You'll Bring At least 2 years of administrative or office management experience.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn.
