About the Role This role provides a soft landing to transition into recruitment, by supporting our Recruiters by working with a candidate network, with daily tasks including:Stakeholder skills Interviewing candidates Conveying job briefs to them Understanding their career motivations Working with your colleagues (internal stakeholders) to explain how your candidate fits their role Organisation Answering phone Coordinating interviews via team and face-to-face and managing changes Managing a talent pool & contact strategy Responding to talent, new & existing in a timely manner Working across multiple job roles Administration, Social media & Marketing Writing compelling job advertisements Taking references Using LinkedIn to attract talent Using social media to attract talent Writing bios about your talent Working with the CRM to ensure your candidate pool is entered correctly & accessible to all About you Enjoy working with people and have a genuine interest in the real estate & Property industry Learns and adapts quickly Can work at a fast-pace, demonstrate autonomy and find solutions Have a good sense of humour Don't sweat the small stuff Genuinely enjoy stakeholder management Qualifications and Attributes: Background and experience as an EA/ Admin preferably in property Positive attitude with a drive for career success.
