About the roleDay to day administrative support to team of sales agentsDraft and respond to correspondence, including Agency AgreementsDiary and email managementComplete expense reimbursements for the team (subject to any change/outsourcing of this)Marketing and operations management of sales campaigns (high volume)Management of Salesforce – contact management, update opportunities and pipelineDatabase management of incoming enquiriesTeam administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targetsCo-ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointmentsTravel bookings as required (domestic)Organise client events and client engagement initiativesAbout you:Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageousStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Career minded, client focused and rapport building mindsetSo, what's in it for you?Structured career development to support you and explore your learning potential and career goalsParental leave which is industry leading, kids school holiday programWellbeing programme with discounted health insurance, salary sacrifice options, novated leasing, and a range of benefits from our corporate partnersYou'll form an integral part of an enormously successful team who outperform in the market year on yearCan we inspire you to join us?
