An integral part of our operations, our Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
The Job: Full Time & Permanent | Monday to Friday Effectively assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs - E.g.
TruckMate, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Qualifications Experience in a fast paced customer service based role is highly regarded Proficient computer literacy skills Experience with data entry and database management systems Positive and helpful attitude Ability to effectively communicate in a professional, prompt and timely manner.
Robust attention to detail coupled with problem solving skills and the ability to work within a high pressure environment.
