As the Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in not only managing the day-to-day operations of the office but also providing essential assistance to the Sales and Property Management teams. This position goes beyond typical reception duties, making it an exciting and rewarding opportunity!

The Responsibilities: Market Research & Database Management: Conduct regular market research and match properties to clients' needs. Social Media Management: Implement a social media plan, including posting purchased property updates, 'Just Bought' stories, weekly posts, and lifestyle stories on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Daily Preparation & Property Inspections: Coordinate daily debriefs, review property listings, update inspection schedules, and provide agent feedback after inspections. Client Liaison & Communication: Maintain ongoing, friendly communication. Track client interactions, provide updates, and manage client-specific property details. The Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess previous administration experience. Real Estate experience is desirable, however not essential. An ideal applicant will also attribute:
