Salary: $78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.Location: Moorabbin & Glen Waverley campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an 'employee' Working with Children Check.Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.Position Status: Contract of employment to 31st December 2025.
The Department of Early Childhood Education provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to teach theoretical and practical sessions to students in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate IV in Education Support program.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver courses face-to-face and online in the required time frames and promote and foster an inclusive learning environment, as well as maintain accurate and quality attendance records.

ABOUT YOU Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or its predecessors is required.Demonstrated ability to effectively support, mentor, and guide students in their academic and personal development.Possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, and customer service skill, with an ability to liaise effectively with students.Proven time management and organisational skills including the ability to use initiative and function effectively with limited supervision.Previous experience in training or assessing role would be an advantage.Possess the CHC30113 or CHC30121 qualification, and the CHC50113 or CHC50121 qualification; Preferred: Hold the CHC40213 qualification.ABOUT US Holmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
