We provide Tax, Accounting, and Advisory services to over 1,200 clients Australia-wide, including individuals, primary producers, small to medium-sized businesses from a wide range of industries, trusts, and SMSFs.We have a friendly office culture and endorse work-life balance.Responsibilities:Prepare and assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and superannuation funds.Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Prepare and assist in preparing tax planning for client groups.Provide consulting advice in respect of income tax, fringe benefits tax, capital gains tax, and goods and services tax.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing queries and ensuring their financial and tax needs are met.Work closely with the partners and managers to effectively complete clients' work on a timely basis.Liaise with and handle disputes with ATO and other government bodies, including preparing and submitting tax rulings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.1-5 years of experience in public accounting.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in accounting software: XERO and MYOB AO.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries.Equity opportunity for the right candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
