Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK premium talent search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Building strong local partnerships to develop talent pipelines and pools of high-quality candidates.
Creating advertising strategies aligned with our employment brand and competencies.
Proactively seeking out local-level partnerships to build talent pools and pipelines of high-quality candidates.
About You Proven experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role Qualifications in HR or Business Management disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
Hold or be willing to obtain your working with children check.
Ability to use market data and analytics effectively to attract potential candidates Strong stakeholder management and proven business partnering ability.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation Adaptable, flexible, and resilient workmanship with a solution-focused mindset.
You ideally would have experience with Page Up or a similar ATS system.
Experience with Talent sourcing attraction strategies and utilisation of LinkedIn recruiter.
