We are hiring a Talent Specialist to join our National Operations Team. You will partner with hiring managers to find the right people for the right roles, building strong relationships and using sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent. Key duties include managing a portfolio, coaching hiring managers, and creating advertising strategies aligned with our employment brand. Your day-to-day will be varied, with some duties including full function management of a portfolio, coaching hiring managers, and using sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent. You will be part of a team of engaging, collaborative, and trusted talent partners. We are looking for someone with proven experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role. Qualifications in HR or Business Management disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory. You will hold or be willing to obtain your working with children check. Additional requirements include strong stakeholder management, proven business partnering ability, and demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation. Ideal candidates will have experience with Page Up or a similar ATS system, Talent sourcing attraction strategies, and utilisation of LinkedIn recruiter.
