What You'll Be Doing: Be a Grill'd Guru: Be a business partner to our Operations team to recruit leaders for our restaurants. Use your pro-active and strategic sourcing skills to find the perfect Restaurant Managers and build a strong talent pipeline. You'll be flipping through resumes faster than we flip burgers!Office All-Star: Collaborate with various business units within our Support Office to recruit for corporate roles and provide top-notch recruitment guidance.Project Powerhouse: Help deliver key talent initiatives by cooking up some awesome projects. Work cross-functionally with the broader People team to bring these initiatives to life as well as participate in large volume recruitment drives for seasonal Team Member hiring.Flip the Recruitment Script: We like to do things differently at Grill'd so be prepared to help create WOW experiences in everything that we do.What We're Looking For: Recruitment Rockstar: You've mastered the full recruitment menu, whether you've cooked up your skills in-house or at an agency.
