We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Partner to join our team.
As a Talent Partner, you'll work with candidates, helping to guide them through the application process and assess their suitability for particular roles. You'll also work closely with managers to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements and help them to find suitable employees.
This role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress recruitment process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, feedback, contract negotiation, and onboarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business.
