In this role, you'll work closely with other members of the talent team and hiring managers to develop compelling job advertisements and manage postings across various platforms. Join us in creating a positive impact on our community by helping build strong, dedicated teams who support our mission in education. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage job advertisements. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. About you: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. A commitment to equity and inclusion.
