You are proactive and happy to get on the phones, dive in, and see where it takes you. You have an understanding and high level of professionalism. You are driven by your numbers and outcomes, understanding how your activity levels can boost your overall performance. The Top Benefits: Base salaries starting between $75 – $85k + super + uncapped monthly commission (up to 60%) + quarterly team bonuses. 12 additional days leave per year, accessible when exceeding targets (achievable every month!).
