About the Opportunity The Workforce Mobilisation Specialist will support the planning and mobilisation of new Programs, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves helping to develop and implement workforce mobilisation plans and contributing to the successful execution and delivery of the contract. Reporting to the Workforce Mobilisation Manager you will support the development/implementation of workforce mobilisation plans within a complex operating environment. Responsibilities Support the capture of future contracted scope through the development of workforce artefacts and mobilisation strategies. Support the development and execution of Workforce Mobilisation artefacts and deliverables including project managing on particular streams with subject matter expert (SME) input from the broader People & Culture (P&C) function. Advisory support to internal and external stakeholders (including joint partners) on workforce matters aligned to required timelines/quality. Ensure workforce risk assessments are held in accordance with the risk management framework governance requirements. About you Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline. Minimum 8 years' experience across complex P&C roles. Experience in supporting the mobilisation of new programs. Knowledge and experience in workforce planning (Defence Industry/Mining/Construction experience is highly desirable). Effective project management skills; explore, develop and deliver successful solutions. Ability to manage evolving priorities and effective time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Innovative, Strategic Thinker, with a high attention to detail. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
