Examples include: Help an early-stage portfolio company set up their first recruitment processes; Create practical and insightful content on best practice talent acquisition and employer branding strategies; Help our portfolio companies effectively manage external recruiters; Complete backdoor references for key candidates across the portfolio.

Analytics: Manage the Airtree talent platform and track candidate and portfolio engagement metrics as well as successful talent placements.
Salary Benchmarking: Ensure our portfolio companies have access to accurate total compensation benchmarks.
