Key Duties:
Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks.
Craft compelling job advertisements.
Proactively source new candidates and manage them through the recruitment process.
Collaborate with colleagues on recruiting positions.
Assist consultants in taking job briefs.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Background and experience in real estate.
Positive attitude with a drive for career success.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients & candidates.
Strong Administration skills.
