We're looking for a savvy Talent and Development coordinator to join our Human Resources team to support our growing organisation.
In this new role, you'll be at the heart of coordinating our training and development programs and recruitment activities that result in amazing talent working in our organisation.
What you'll do: Training and Development You'll ensure our training and development initiatives run smoothly, handling the logistics from start to finish.
You'll be the go-to person for coordinating sessions, managing schedules and making sure everything is on point.
Recruitment Coordination Be the go-to person for recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates and the interview panel.
You'll ensure clear and accurate information is shared every step of the way.
Research and Procurement Conduct desktop research to support the engagement of training providers, ensuring that we work with the best to meet our people's development and changing organisational requirements.
Reports and Insights Prepare reports on training attendance and employee feedback to help us improve our training and development programs and learning outcomes.
