What you'll do As part of our Talent Acquisition project team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce, sourcing the skilled talent needed to drive our operations forward.
You'll have a priority focus to recruit across some of Visy's most impactful projects, specifically our Yatala Glass Project, and support recruitment efforts more broadly.
Your Responsibilities: Execute detailed plans to recruit and deliver on key talents (Trade, Blue Collar and Engineering) against build and commissioning milestones for the Yatala Glass project.
Research and source key talents, building and maintaining talent pools to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on both active and passive candidate markets.
Support recruitment marketing activities across social media, outdoor, radio advertising, traditional recruitment media and attend careers fairs.
Maintain a human-centric approach, delivering a positive and engaging experience for candidates from application through to onboarding.
Report on progress against key talent delivery milestones, contributing to reporting for time to hire, source of hire, interview and offer to hire ratios.
What you'll bring: Strong background in recruiting technical trade, blue-collar, or engineering roles, with expertise in high-volume settings and projects.
Demonstrated ability to navigate recruitment software for efficient candidate management and communication.
Exposure to PageUp and SuccessFactors highly desirable.
Experience in the use of various sourcing channels and proactive talent pooling.
Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting activities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and be planned and organised in your approach.
A driven results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
