Your opportunityTalent Acquisition Specialist Teneriffe, QLD Up to $80k Full Time At M2P Engineering, we know that our people are our greatest asset. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a vital role in finding, attracting, and retaining top talent to help us deliver industry-leading projects. In this role, you'll connect with skilled professionals who align with M2P's values and culture, ensuring our team is equipped to meet new challenges.
You'll make an impact by:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, fabrication, and support rolesSourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who embody M2P's commitment to quality and teamworkCollaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment strategiesImplementing innovative recruitment techniques to attract top industry talentWhat you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering, construction, or industrial sectorsStrong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and hiring managersAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentIdeally, you will also have:
Knowledge of talent acquisition software and toolsAn interest in promoting M2P's EVP and company culture to potential candidatesThe ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhy M2P Engineering?
