We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as we expand our horizons.

About the Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities across Footprints.
This role will lead the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talent that meets the organisation's skills, experience, and cultural fit needs.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in building a sustainable workforce that aligns with Footprints' strategic goals and values.
The role includes creating recruitment strategies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and providing timely and accurate resourcing advice.
This position will play a crucial part in supporting key business areas, including the Aged Care Services program and other internal initiatives.
The role is accountable for: Design and implement strategic initiatives to attract high-quality candidates to Footprints, particularly for specialised roles within the Aged Care Services program, encompassing both clinically and non-clinically qualified positions including regional Queensland.Effectively manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process from job advertisements to offers of employment, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience.Collaborate with marketing to promote Footprints as an employer of choice, leveraging recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse and skilled candidates.Develop and coordinate market mapping and industry intelligence to inform recruitment decisions.
Maintain talent pools and proactively identify and approach potential candidates through platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, and industry-specific forums.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to customer service by providing timely, consistent, and accurate advice on resourcing queries.Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.About You Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in developing recruitment strategies, producing recruitment materials, and working with recruitment systems.At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on Allied Health, professional, or corporate-level roles.Experience in talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive candidate sourcing through various platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, etc.
).Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies and networks with key stakeholders, including other health agencies, government departments, NGOs and businesses.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-level negotiation skills and the demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive data analysis and reports.We Offer Attractive remuneration with generous salary sacrifice benefitsOpportunities for ongoing professional development and trainingA committed and friendly teamwork environmentYou are required to have a current Queensland Class C Open driver's license and NDIS workers screening check or current Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain).
