It would be a bonus if you have consulting industry experience.Attributes and Qualifications:Qualifications in Marketing or HR are preferred, but others will be considered.2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.Previous success in direct sourcing of candidates.Experience building positive professional relationships.An interest in social media content creation.Highly organised and detailed focused with an administrative, recruitment, or marketing coordinator foundation.An ability to adjust to agendas that continually change.We value curiosity, commitment and a desire to learn.
If you're a people person who enjoys building rapport quickly, and you're well-organised with a knack for coordinating details, you'll thrive in our team.Typical Responsibilities:Champion our candidate experience as we continue to grow.Lead full cycle recruitment from posting through offer letter for a wide variety of roles.Report on recruitment activity and KPIs.Leverage your sourcing skills, and proactively seek and engage with candidates through multiple streams.Foster the partnership between Talent Acquisition and hiring leads to drive internal recruitment initiatives.Maintain a pulse on candidates as they move through the pipeline, while providing them with a great candidate experience.Communicate effectively through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media channels.Attend recruiting fairs and build relationships with local universities through society networking events.Onboard new hires, ensuring a positive introduction to the company.About Us:KCB Australia Pty Ltd (KCB) is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm providing engineering, geoscience and environmental services globally.
