What you'll do
With exponential growth plans for 2024, this hands-on role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent across technology and product.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Success in this role is finding top talent for our open requisitions in a timely manner while creating a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
This role is based in Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore.
Responsibilities
Source and identify top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals
Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills but also for their fit with our core values
Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation
Stay ahead of tech trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasising our values of ownership and never settle
Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions
Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role.
The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role within a tech startup and/or agency environment
Proven results in hiring across various technology functions
Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers
Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders
Experience recruiting entry-level through to senior complex searches
Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies utilising Linkedin Recruiter
Proficiency in recruiting tools and software
Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications
Experience hiring in the payments / fintech industry
Experience with Ashby
